About Order
We check all the goods before shipment. But there may still some mistakes or quality problem due to the shipment. So please check all the goods once you received the packages.
If there are any of the problems as below, you may contact us for resend. We are willing to accept return and resend you a new one or replacement.
A: Wrong item: color, size and model etc..
B: Quality problem:
1) Watch: Case/band/glasses scratch or abrasion; button can't be adjusted; hands dropping; calendar unworkable, watch can't work or working incorrectly.
Note: The time faster or slower within 2 minutes in 24 hours is normal for the mechanical watches.
2) Handbag: stitch dropping or loose
3) Other quality problems not mentioned here please contact us..
To process the resend policy, please follow all the procedures as below during you ask for resend:
1. You send us the file about the goods problem including: item#, quantity, return reason and picture.
2. We check and give you suggestion if it can be repaired. If not, we send you return address.
3. We resend the new items freely with your new order when we received the returned goods. Meanwhile, our company will compensate you part of the return shipping fee in your next order. Here are the compensation details:
Watch, Handbag: $5/p
Shoes: $3/p
Clothing, wallet, Pen, Sunglasses: $2
4. If you want to place a new order before the returned goods arrived, we can send replacement with new order as well. But we charge half of the replacement value. We will return you the charged money in your next order when we received the returned goods.
For example, you have 5 watches with problem, and in this order, you ordered same 5 watches. The total value is 200.So you need to pay $100 to get the replacement before we received the returned watches.
We will return you $ 100 in your next new order after we received the returned watches.
5. Replacement can be the same item or different but same value. Goods for replacement don't offer discount.
NOTE:
No free resend if you haven't contact us in 2 business days after you received the goods.
Used items couldn't be replaced with other goods but repair.
The return policy couldn't be proceed when the customer refuse to follow it.
Some customers don't like the items after received the goods and ask for return. However, we don't accept any reasonless return like this even it is new. So please inquire our sales about the details of the item when you want to order. Thanks!
About Customs
Please take note that all the replica goods may have the customs problem. Before you place order from our site, please read this terms carefully.
Custom problem means the package was hold by customs more than 10 days and confirmed that they couldn't be released by our shipping company.
In this case, our company will share the risk with customer. We resend the goods and our customer pay 1/3 of the total value as resend shipping fee. For example, the total value is $90, the customer need to pay us $30 as shipping fee.
The resend package will be arranged once the shipping fee was confirmed.
We will always choose the safe shipment way to send all the packages to reduce the custom problem. Please don't worry too much!
